Synopsis
Peranmai tells the story of a youngster(Jayam Ravi), who is the only person to have completed higher studies in a tribal community. He is appointed as a forest guard by the Tamilnadu government. Also a trainer for NCC, he chooses 5 best talented girls of NCC for trekking sports in the forest. As the day is out, the girls express their wish about staying back in jungle for a night. But things takes a turn when Kalpana (Vasundhra) witnesses some foreigners moving through the remotest part of the forest.
